Shortly before midnight on November 4, a boisterous crowd gathered near 42nd and Ames in Omaha to celebrate the election of the first African-American president, Barack Obama. The people dancing in the streets radiated happiness, and it was a pleasure to shoot for a few minutes before the crowd was broken up by law enforcement.
